The Government of People’s Republic of Bangladesh has recently established 5 February as National Library Day to celebrate the benefits of libraries into the communities and among individuals in enhancing lifelong learning by being an agent of change. In this regard a “Rally and seminar” has been arranged by Aloghar to celebrate the day respectfully.
